The UK Compliance Copilot for Construction is an AI-powered knowledge-base chatbot designed to help users navigate UK construction compliance requirements through intelligent search, retrieval, and citation-based assistance. Developed using applied artificial intelligence and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) technologies, the system enables users to ask natural-language questions and receive context-aware responses grounded in authoritative regulatory and technical sources.
The platform aims to simplify access to complex compliance information across areas such as construction regulations, standards, safety guidance, and documentation workflows. By combining domain-specific AI with trusted source attribution, the system improves accessibility, transparency, and efficiency in compliance-related decision-making.

InRows is an AI-enabled KPI intelligence platform developed to modernise how construction performance data is collected, benchmarked, and analysed across the UK construction sector. The platform enables organisations to securely track, visualise, and compare industry-standard construction KPIs while maintaining complete company-level data privacy and isolation.
Designed specifically for the UK construction industry, InRows replaces fragmented spreadsheet-based reporting workflows with a secure, collaborative, and standardised digital environment. The platform supports automated KPI calculations, bulk historical data import, real-time benchmarking, approval workflows, and interactive dashboards, enabling construction companies to generate actionable insights without exposing commercially sensitive information.
